Historic Scott’s Addition is a largely commercial and industrial area that has had a recent revitalization of apartments, restaurants, and entertainment venues. It is known for being the alcoholic beverage district in Richmond, Virginia. Boundaries are loosely defined by Cutshaw Ave, Arthur Ashe Boulevard, and the Richmond Fredericksburg and Potomac Railroad. Buildings in this area have many different architectural styles including Colonial Revival, Classical Revival, Exotic Revival, and Art Deco.
